Paved Road
Rubin Lee Road meanders through the Ranches at Cat Spring. The road is named after two gentlemen who were born on the ranch in the early 1920s. Rubin and Lee Kveton ran cattle on the property throughout their lives. The road will be maintained by Austin County.
Deed Restrictions
Restrictions will be in place to protect property owners' investment.
Wildlife Management
The entire property is currently being managed for wildlife
and receives an agricultural valuation. You will find nesting boxes for blue birds and ducks scattered throughout the Ranches at Cat Spring. Also in place are food plots for deer, turkey and songbirds.
However, horses and other livestock are welcome. Property may be converted to traditional agricultural by new owner.
